ExtractSound provides an online MP4 to MP3 conversion service that allows users to extract audio from video files. Our service is designed to be fast, secure, and privacy-focused, with no permanent storage of user files.

Our Service has certain limitations regarding file sizes and formats:

• Supported output formats: MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG, FLAC
• Maximum video duration: 4 hours per file
• Batch processing: Up to 10 files simultaneously

Indemnification

Termination

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ExtractSound regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and ExtractSound relating to your use of the Service.
